Clear terms for a smooth Cleanup

Badger City Dumpster LLC's (sometime hereinafter “BCD or “ company”) standard dumpster rentals cover a period of 7 days, and any additional days beyond this will incur a charge of $20 per day, provided it has been pre-agreed upon. It's important to note that extra days cannot be guaranteed, but BCD will make every effort to accommodate specific dates ordered online. Drop-off and pick-up times may be slightly adjusted, and the provider will promptly notify the client of any changes.

To secure the rental, clients are required to place their credit/debit card on file. The initial fee will be charged, and the card information will be retained for potential overages. Badger City Dumpsters LLC utilizes for secure card processing.

• No loads are permitted to exceed the height of the dumpster's side walls. There will be a $50 minimum fee to unload to an acceptable height, and all overloaded items will be left on the property.
• Badger City Dumpsters is the only entity permitted to move the dumpster. Customers are not allowed to move the dumpster under any circumstance.
• Customers are required to ensure that the dumpster is easily accessible to Badger City Dumpsters during the scheduled pickup/dropoff time(s). In the event of an inaccessible dumpster leading to a dry run, a charge of $150-$200 will apply, along with an additional day charge if applicable.
• For off-street parking placement of any BCD dumpster(s), it is the customers responsibility to obtain the necessary permit and provide it to Badger City Dumpsters before delivery.
• The customer is required to inspect the dumpster upon arrival and assumes responsibility for any damage caused during use.
• Beyond the allotted tonnage, any excess weight will incur a charge of $75 per ton or the prevailing drop-off location's rate, whichever is higher.
• The maximum allowable weight is four tons. Exceeding this limit will result in a base charge of $150, in addition to the time required by BCD to unload any excess weight, billed at $100 per hour. The client will be notified before unloading, with the option to unload the excess weight themselves.
• The following are subject to additional fees without pre-authorization:
  
  Tires will be subject to a fee of no less than $20 per tire, unless prearranged. Tires must be off the rim to qualify for disposal. Shingles are accepted with pre-authorization by BCD before renting the dumpster. Once authorized, you can dispose of shingles, tar paper, and nails in the dumpster. A $85 minimum fee for shingles that are accompanied by other types of trash. Concrete must be clean, free of rebar, dirt, or other materials, and must be transported separately. Pre-authorization is required for concrete loads, if not authorized customers will be charged a dry run fee and must unload or make clean.
  
• Any additional landfill or recycling fees associated with the load will be passed on to the customer at the rate specified in the contract or at the landfill/recycling posted rate, plus any additional charges for time and labor
• In the event of inclement weather or situations beyond the control of Badger City Dumpsters, including force majeure events, no refunds or additional days will be provided without incurring additional costs.
• BCD waste rental services are not subject to refunds. No refunds or prorations will be issued for dumpsters returned before scheduled pickup, including additional purchased days, if applicable.
• Customer is responsible for all BCD’s cost of the collection, replevin, or any litigation relating to this sale, including actual attorney fees. Any unpaid invoices are subject to 3% monthly fees. Customer is also responsible for any additional bank fees or credit card fees including but not limited to insufficient funds.
• BCD bears no liability for driveway surface damage resulting from dumpster placement or equipment weight. Furthermore, the company is not accountable for any harm inflicted on lawns or septic systems due to dumpster placement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the drop-off date will be refunded in full, excluding any processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of rental cannot be guaranteed a full refund. Card processing fees are non-refundable. Additional Prohibited Items by Badger City Dumpsters LLC and its waste services (but not limited to):

• Toxic chemicals and/or hazardous waste
• Alkaline Batteries
• Appliances
• Compressed Gas Cylinders > 1lb
• Waste oil and/or Cooking Oil
• Cardboard
• Dehumidifiers
• Paint
  
• Explosives/Ammunition/Fireworks
• Fluorescent or CFL Bulbs
• Medical Sharps
• Medication (prescription or over the counter)
• Smoke Detectors
• Special Waste (asbestos-containing materials, contaminated soils, medical waste, non-free liquid sludge, animal carcass)
